Can I return my purchase if I’m not happy with it?
Under EU law, a customer has the right to return any product for a 14-day period after point of sale.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, Almaan E’s return policy does not cover opened products. No exceptions will be made.
Kindly be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not assume responsibility for handling charges or return shipping expenses.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us via email at customerservice@almaane.co.uk. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions regarding where and how to send your package.
Please be aware that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior authorization.
Once we have received and assessed your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Kindly keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund processing and post it to your account.
